This is based on a scene in my X-Men fan fiction that I actually haven't written yet, but I've been planning in my head.
After a giant battle with the Sentinels and Wolverine's stomach gets sliced open (yes, that IS his spine and various guts you're seeing), he tells Rogue to touch him and absorb his powers/abilities, so that someone can still be up on the battlefield kicking butt. Although Rogue is slightly hesitant, not wanting to hurt him, she takes his powers and stands, ready to fight. These are based on the movie versions of the characters, by the way. |
